Carlisle, MA - Green Cemetery

Located: On the corner of Carlisle Road and
North Street in North Acton, MA

Concord, MA - Old Hill Burying Ground
Located next to St. Bernard's Church
on Lexington Road, in Concord Center. 

On a plaque reads;

On this hill the Settlers of Concord built their Meeting House
near which they were buried on the southern slope of the ridge were their Dwellings during the first winter.
Below it they laid out their first Road and on the summit stood the
Liberty Pole of the Revolution

Concord, MA - Sleepy Hollow

Sleepy Hollow Cemetery is the located on Bedford St., Concord, MA.

It was originally part of a farm owned by Deacon Brown. It was called "Sleepy Hollow", known for its bucolic setting. It was consecrated on September 29, 1855. It is the final resting place for some well known Concord people, including a few Healds and their descendants.
